Prince Edward Island may be known for its red sandy beaches and Lucy Maud Montgomery’s compelling tales of Anne of Green Gables, but it has also been holding onto one of Canadian country music’s best-kept secrets and rising exports.
At 27, Ben Chase has just begun leaving his mark on the scene. Featured on some of Spotify and Apple Music’s most prominent playlists, Ben has already surpassed 5 million global streams, topped the Canadian iTunes charts with #1 songs twice, delivered multiple top 100 songs to Canadian country radio, and been the recipient of several industry awards and nominations with the success from the singles off of his debut album “That was Then, This is Now.”

Now fully immersed in Music City as a consummate live entertainer, Ben’s high-energy shows and emphasis on crowd engagement have made him welcome in Nashville where he’s made musical stops at The Listening Room, Whiskey Jam, and The Bluebird Café among others. Releasing his Biggest streamed song yet, “Somebody’s Summer” in summer of 2024 was a defining milestone. Setting up the perfect scene for his Debut E.P. coming the summer of 2025.
